The hotel is conveniently located very close to the centrum of the city, making it easy to explore Krakow's attractions. it is situated near a large green area to the rear, which provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to provide assistance. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious European dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of wheelchair-accessible ramps, which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility challenges.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. They even left us a small tasty surprise when we checked out. The location, near the Lipska tram stop, made it easy for us to commute to the city center.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
